I joined IBM with a remit to bridge engineering and design within IBM Cloud, delivering the foundation for a cohesive user experience.
Established and led the team responsible for implementing the IBM Cloud Platform UI and launched a cloud component library that would evolve into the IBM Carbon Design System. In 2017 won the IBM Eminence & Excellence Award for my team's work in implementing the bare metal server provisioning service within IBM Cloud Platform.
Spearheaded the transition of the IBM Cloud Platform presentation layer from a monolithic Dojo application to a flexible React microservice architecture.
